Who made it? Brothers Christoph and Thomas, who are evangelists of sustainable winemaking techniques.
What’s on the nose? Peaches and elderflowers.
What does it taste like? Unlike other German Rieslings, this is a dry wine. It has real depth and elegance.
Pair with: Asian food and/or sunshine.
Fun fact: The grapes made to create this wine come from 70yr old vines. Old vines mean smaller grapes with more intense and complex flavours.
